• Structural Restoration, Inc. was a pioneer in the Concrete Repair field. The materials were so new and expensive we charged by the cubic inch for repairs. (Yea, we've been at this a long time)

• Because of our experience and engineer's unfamiliarity with the specialty, we became "Design/Build Contractors".

• Structural Restoration installs Foundation and Helical Piers and performs Foundation Repairs, Sinkhole Repairs and Concrete Slab Repairs 

• We conducted seminars on "How to Correctly Repair Buildings" for Design and Management Professionals. Our clients began to call Gar "The Building Doctor" and he was asked to write articles as such in a trade journal.

• We began our "Roof Restoration" services almost 30 years ago and can extend the life of most roofs

• Our construction, roofing, waterproofing, and other experience resulted in our being the original "Exterior Envelope" contractor a quarter century ago. This is now a "new" field which is all the rage now.

• We soon evolved into what is now called a "Come Behind Contractor" specializing in coming behind other contractors and Design Professionals to correct their mistakes or complete projects which have gone bad. This accounted for more than half our business for years ranging from Florida, New York, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, etc.

Shawn Hollister - Vice President

Shawn has worked with Structural Restoration, Inc. since 1993 and is an expert in all phases of our business.

Shawn handles Operations and the majority of our Estimating.

Jeff Williams - General Superintendant

Judy Marquardt - Administrative Manager

Judy, an experienced construction manager and builder, runs the administrative part of our firm.

Anthony Smith - Project Manager

Tony is a State Certified Building and Roofing contractor and a perfectionist. We aim him at a project and forget about it.  

Deiter Fremgen - Project Manager

Born and raised in Germany, Deiter went to school to learn roofing and carpentry. He's one of those rare individuals who love roofing.
